Best burger for miles around. First time here. Love the food. Friendly waitress. Love the location. Brings back memories of my younger days as a young aviator. I have found a new watering hole.
Stopped in for a burger and fries. Nice wheelchair access in, though the bathroom door opening was very narrow. Place was spotless and sparkling. Service was friendly and immediate. Burger was on a fresh bun that was to die for. Meat was tasty. Fixins were fresh. Fries were crisp and tasty. Desserts of the day were made fresh and on the counter. This is such a cute place! I'll definitely be back any time I'm in the area. It was fun looking out over the little airport. A pilot stopped by in his little plane, grabbed a bite to eat and flew off.
The service is great. The food is awesome. And the time it takes to get your food is quick. I'm a huge fan of small mom and pop restaurants, and this is one of my top three for sure.
I flew to this most excellent little restaurant from Cadillac. What great destination! My breakfast was excellent, real home cookin’. The service and locals were great. I’ll fly there again !
Horrible experience. I ordered breakfast and it came back three times wrong. I ordered my eggs over medium both times, I sent back just the eggs, and they were returned with the whites slimmy and runny both times. I didn't get my bacon or the right toast. Also I had no onions in my potatoes that were not prepaired crispy liked I ordered. The third time my breakfast came back to the table wrong, I told them thank you, but to forget it. I waited until the rest of my guests were finished eating to pay the bill. Are you going to believe they MADE ME PAY for the breakfast. No apology offered and no attempt at being polite about demanding the $5.95 for the breakfast that came back 3 times, while my guests watched the circus. Needless to say I will never eat at this restaurant again. How can you charge for a service you failed to provide? I didn't eat the food because you couldn't cook over medium eggs. I would have stayed and demanded my money back, but I was running late for work at this point. I should have called the police. I
I have never left a review on any restaurant ever, but this is something that needed to be posted. I hope that $5.95 was worth this review. Because quite honestly It wasn't about the money. It's the principle. I hope you remember how you spent it.. Because of the outcome of your performance, and your lack of customer service, and the way the owner spoke to me, I felt I needed to post this experience. I'm sure there is more to follow.
